What is VTP GO?
VTP GO is a web platform for ISCIR-authorised firms carrying out PT A1 periodic technical inspections on gas boilers in Romania. It covers the customer and boiler registry, staff and certifications, scheduling, the digital inspection report with its official printout, role-specific dashboards, automatic expiry reminders by email, and data export.
Does it replace the paper A1 form?
Yes. The official inspection and testing report is digitised in full, completed on a phone, tablet or laptop, and the printout follows the official layout with the company stamp and every signature embedded. Anexa 3 is prepended automatically, pre-filled from the boiler record.
How do the expiry reminders work?
A daily job checks passed inspections whose validity is running out and sends email at exactly 30, 7 and 1 days before expiry. Email is on from the start for every account, with no configuration. Each firm chooses its own warning window, between 1 and 365 days.
How does the customer receive the report?
Through a button that emails them a private link to their own report. They need no account or password. The link expires after 90 days and can be revoked instantly. Sending is manual, one report at a time, to the address on the customer record.
Does it generate PDFs?
The report is printed or saved as a PDF from the browser's own print dialogue. There is no server-side PDF engine and no PDF file is attached to any email.
Does it send SMS?
No. Reminders are sent by email. SMS is in development and not available today.
Is there a phone app?
No. VTP GO runs in the browser, on a laptop, tablet or phone, with no installation. There is no application in the App Store or Google Play.
What does it cost?
110 lei (RON) per month per company, with up to 15 users included, plus 5 lei per month for each additional user. Paid annually it costs the same as ten months. The first 3 months are free, with the complete product and no card.
Does my data stay mine?
Yes. The account owner can export customers with their boilers, staff with certifications, equipment, bookings and reports to Excel or CSV at any time. Each firm is isolated at the database level, not only by application code.
What happens after the 3 months?
The account gets restricted — no new work can start, but any report already in progress stays editable and can still be filed. Your data stays intact. Billing is arranged directly with us — there is no online payment inside the app yet.
