How payment works. The first 3 months are free, with the complete product and no card. At the end we invoice you and agree the payment method together — there is no online payment inside the app yet. No VAT is added: DESIGN CREED S.R.L. is not registered for VAT.
What is included, concretely
Users
15 accounts included — owner, administrators and technicians. Above 15, 5 lei each per month.
Customers and boilers
Unlimited. Import up to 500 rows at a time, as often as you need.
Reports
Unlimited, with the official printout and email delivery to the boiler owner.
Expiry reminders and event notifications, on from day one, at no extra cost.
Support
Tickets from inside the app, with up to five attachments, included.
Updates
Everything we ship lands in the same subscription. We do not sell modules separately.
In development, not yet part of the price: SMS reminders to boiler owners. We will announce the terms separately when they are available — today the platform sends by email only.
Pricing questions
What happens after the 3 months?
The account gets restricted, but any report already in progress stays editable and can still be filed, and your data stays intact. Nothing is lost and nothing is charged automatically, because we never asked for a card.
How are users counted?
Every active account in the firm — owner, administrators and technicians. Deactivated accounts do not count.
What if I go past 15 users?
It costs 5 lei per month for each user above 15, or 50 lei per year on the annual plan. Nothing else changes.
Is there a setup fee?
No. You open the account yourself and import your customers from the spreadsheet you already keep.
Can I switch from monthly to annual?
Yes, whenever you like. We invoice the difference pro rata.
Is VAT added?
No. DESIGN CREED S.R.L. is not registered for VAT, so the price shown is the price you pay.
